  1. So true. I’ve always thought of it as “I’m trusting that what you’re asking me to sing or play will not embaress me or make me want to bolt for the backstage mid-performace.” It’s an unspoken contract I hold with those I lead as well as those I follow. Maybe it needs to be spoken. I loved how trust not only allows for music, but speeds and enhances the process. Great TED talk. Thanks for sharing.
